DIRECTIONS Evenly sprinkle around one tbsp (10g) of powder to every 500ml/17 fl oz of warm water (40°C/104°F). Mix until the powder has dissolved and wait around 10 minutes for the gel to form. If clumping occurs, it will dissipate with time. Adjust the amount of powder and water to personal preference.

What if it is too clumpy or thick?
Diluting gradually with more warm water will give you your desired consistency. If any lumps appear, they will slowly dissolve into the mixture. To reduce clumping, gently sprinkle the powder over the water and stir.

Nuru is a Japanese-style erotic massage technique. It requires one or more Nuru masseuses to rub their bodies against the clients after both are partially or fully nude whilst covering their bodies in an odourless and colourless massage lotion. Initially, we did the Nuru massage with a lotion made from Nori seaweed, but we can now access other alternatives as the Nori seaweed doesn’t have a long shelf life.

How long can I store the Nuru Massage Powder Gel?
Our powders do not contain any preservatives, so make just what you need. If you still have some leftover gel, keep it in a cool place out of sunlight and use it as soon as possible.

Can I use the massage powder gel as a lubricant?
Our products are not made for this purpose, and the massage gel is not intended for internal use.

Is it okay to use if I have sensitive skin?
We use minimal ingredients, and although everyone is different, in our experience, a large majority of our clients use our products for all sorts of bedroom uses and experience no adverse reactions.

How long will it remain slippery?
If applied to wet skin, the gel will remain slippery for however long there remains water in the mixture. This could be 5 to 10 minutes. You can increase this time drastically by spraying water, as this will reactivate the crystals.

Can it be disposed of down the drain in my bathtub?
Yes, you can wash it down the drain as our product is water-soluble.

Is this product safe for use with various toys (silicone, etc)?
Yes, as this will become a water-based massage gel when mixed, it is compatible with various massagers, silicone and the like.

What is the shelf life of this product if it is un-mixed and remained in the container?
Approximately three years unopened. Twelve months after opening, which can be extended by storing the product in a cool place out of direct sunlight. Discard if you notice a funny smell. The gel may appear unclear if it has Green Tea, which is normal.

Can this be saved for use later once it’s been mixed? Can you heat it in the microwave?
As it contains no preservatives, it is best to be used within the same day after mixing. You can prevent wastage by only making what you need at the time. It can be heated in the microwave for a maximum of 20 seconds.

Is it safe with condoms?
Although the gel becomes water-based when mixed with water, we cannot say it is safe with condoms. This is because we have no control over the type of water/water quality used at home when you create your massage gel.
